Ricky (age 36) has had one of the most meteoric rises to coaching stardom in recent memory. His résumé is as impressive as his knowledge of the game, having worked with numerous MLB Cy Young winners and All-Star. But what really sets Ricky apart from his contemporaries, is his ability to understand the human inside every pitcher he works with.
